ShippingYour purchase will be sent to you boxed and via Australia Post Platinum Service at a flat rate of $A12.00 for delivery within Australia and a signature will be required as proof of delivery. International deliveries will be at the rate of $A35.00 per package. DeliveryOnce an order has been placed it will be dispatched to you within 3-5 working days from the date of order placement. Prices are all correct at time of publication but are subject to change without notice ReturnsWe hope that you love everything that you buy, however if you have a change of mind the following returns policy will apply; Goods must be returned via Australia Post Platinum Service. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. In the event of a return by you we will issue you with a credit note for 100% of your purchase price less shipping costs. You will pay the delivery costs of the return to St Tropez Jewels and re delivery of any replacement product. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. Damaged or Faulty GoodsYou may return good damaged in transit or faulty goods within 10 days of receipt. Any faulty products will be assessed by the manufacturer before replacement and you warrant that you will abide by the manufacturers assessment. |
